Our Process
Our funding strengthens local organizations that support young people ages 13 to 29 in Northern New Mexico to thrive at school, work, and home. If you are an organization looking to expand Career & Technical Education (CTE) or Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities for young people, or if you are interested in serving as a regional resource hub to support collaboration, shared learning, and long-term funding strategies among our grantee cohort, this page will guide you through everything you need to know to determine alignment and navigate the application process.

Our process was shaped by extensive community engagement led by the Northern New Mexico Pathways to Opportunity Strategy Table, aiming to reflect the needs and priorities of the young people and organizations we aim to serve. Use the sections below to understand each part of the process, and visit the Contact page if you need additional support.
